U.S. ARMY GARRISON, YONGSAN – Maj. Gen. Patrick J. Hermesmann (Left), commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces Korea, awards Mrs. Francine Lukeman, wife of Maj. Gen. James W. Lukeman, assistant chief of staff of Plans and Policy for United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command, and U.S. Forces Korea, a Certificate of Appreciation for her outstanding volunteer work in the Republic of Korea here, April 13. Mrs. Lukeman was presented the award because of her leadership and organizational skills used to welcome new families into the MARFORK team and plan and execute Marine and family team building events for the command.
