Lukeman will stay on as the U.S. Forces Korea, Combines Forces Command, United Nations Command, Plans and Policy.

Korean Marine Exchange Program (KMEP) is a regularly scheduled multinational exercise that focuses on the integration of aviation and ground assets within the construct of a traditional Combined Arms Live Fire Exercise and is designed to enhance the combat readiness of the U.S and Korean troops.

It's that time here in Yongsan for the Army vs Navy Flag football game at the Seoul American High School football field. With over 15 years of history, this rivalry is only getting better with age. The Army vs navy flag football game isn't just about the football game itself. While rivals on the field, camaraderie, community and team-building are the true goals. GO NAVY BEAT ARMY!

A cake ceremony is also an integral part of the Birthday Ball and includes a tradition of presenting the first piece of cake to the oldest Marine in attendance and then passed to the youngest Marine, representing the passing of tradition from one generation to another.

This year, MARFORK Commander MajGen Hedelund cut the cake, and the eldest attending Marine, MARFORK SgtMaj, SgtMaj Moran, passed his cake to the youngest attending Marine, LCpl Colin Read, who took the first bite.
